The drafting is grounded in the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF 1.0) and its Playbook, so the structure and obligations map cleanly to the four core functions: Govern, Map, Measure, and Manage.
The substance comes from the assessment. The answers determine which sections exist, how the system is scoped (here, an advisory tool a human reviews, not an autonomous decision-maker), which laws apply, and how every threshold scales to the organization's size and risk tier.
Before packaging, a separate model pass audits the draft against the assessment and removes anything the answers do not support. The deliverable is a print-ready PDF ready for internal review.
